  • Water- 8 cups
  • ground ginger- 8 tsp
  • honey- 5 ½ tbsp
  • lime juice- 2/3 cup
  • ground pepper- 1 tsp
  • cooked rice- 2 ½ cups
  • thin lime slices- 8

How To Make Ginger Soup

  • Take a large pot and boil water in it.
  • Put in ginger and cook at medium flames for 5 minutes.
  • Add in lime juice, honey, cooked rice and pepper. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with lime wedges for garnish.
