Ingredients For Spicy Rice Noodles

  • Rice noodles- two cups
  • Amount of water-6 cups

For Curry

  • Half cup finely cut green beans
  • Half cup chopped carrots
  • Half cup onions
  • Half cup peas
  • One teaspoon ┬ácoriander-cumin powder
  • One teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 4 to 5 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • Half teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • Half teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • No of red chillies in pieces-2
  • Three teaspoon dalia powder
  • One fourth teaspoon of tamarind paste
  • One teaspoon sugar
  • Two tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Add salt according to taste

How To Make Spicy Rice Noodles

  • First add some water in a pan and boil it.
  • Add some rice noodles to the boiled water and cook the noodles for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Now remove water from noodles and then add a cup of cold water in the noodles again and again remove the liquid from noodles and then leave it to cool for sometime.
  • Take a bowl and add cut vegetables in the bowl and sprinkle some salt and water on the vegetables.
  • Cover the bowl properly and cook it properly for about 5mins till the vegetables become soft. Allow it to cool for sometime.
  • Take a pan and heat some oil in it and add mustard and cumin seeds in the oil. As soon as the seed starts splitting add red chillies in the pan and fry it till it becomes brown in color.
  • Now add some salt and onions in the mixture and fry it on a low flame.
  • Add small amount of coriander-cumin powder and red chilli powder in the mixture and fry it for 2mins.
  • Now add boiled vegetables, sugar, dalia, tamarind paste and peanut powder along with half cup of water to the mixture.
  • Cover the mixture properly and cook it on low heat till the gravy becomes thick. Take off the noodles from heat.
  • Now add small amount of rice noodles in proportion with veggies in the bowl. Add salt as per your taste.
  • Mix it properly and fry it till the noodle completely absorbs gravy and gets completely coated.
  • Decorate the recipe with chopped coriander leaves and the recipe is prepared to serve.
