Ingredients For Banana Poori

  • Maida- 2 cups
  • Baking Soda- 1/4 tsp
  • mashed Ripened Banana- 1 cup
  • Plain Yogurt (Curd)-2 tbsp
  • Sugar 3-4 tbsp
  • Black Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil

How To Make Banana Poori

  • Take a bowl and mix in mashed banana, baking soda, pepper powder, cumin seeds, salt and curd.
  • Now pour in maida and prepare stiff dough. Set aside for 3-4 hrs, covered with a damp muslin cloth.
  • Take a wok and heat oil. Divide the dough into small sized balls and roll out into flat shape. Drop in hot oil and deep fry till done.
  • Serve it hot with chutney or curd.
