  • Red wine vinegar- ½ cup
  • Water- ½ cup
  • Bay leaves- 2
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Salt- 1 ½ teaspoons
  • Minced garlic clove- 1
  • Fresh mushrooms-1 pound

How To Make Pickled Mushrooms

  • Take a saucepan and pour water in it. On medium flames mix vinegar, sugar, bay leaves, salt and garlic with water.
  • Add the mushrooms and bring everything to a boil.
  • Take off the flames and let it cool down before transferring to a bowl.
  • Cover it up and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
  • Remove any bay leaves before serving.
