Ingredients For Seitan

  • Seitan- 8 ounce
  • nutritional Yeast- half cup
  • Garlic Powder- one tbsp
  • Coriander- half tbsp
  • Cumin- half tbsp
  • Black Pepper- 1/6 tbsp
  • Tamari- 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil- 2 tbsp


How to make Seitan

  • First you take a small bowl and combine nutritional yeast, coriander, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. After that you can dip seitan in tamari then in the yeast and stir it well and set aside.
  • Fi8anlly you can take a small pan and heat oil in it. Then fry seitan until it become brown on all sides.
