  • Peppers, Julienned- 3 no.
  • Red Onion- 1 small
  • Apple- One Medium
  • Olive Or Canola Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Sodium Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Cloves- 2
  • Dried Rosemary- half tbsp
  • Dried Basil- half tbsp

How to make Pepper Sautee

  • First you take a large non stick pan and add sauté, apple and onions in oil until it become crispy. After that you can mix soy sauce, rosemary, garlic and basil for 10 minutes.
  • Now you are ready to serve.
