  • Olive Oil To Cook Or Fry – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon JUICE – 4 tablespoon
  • Seasoned Cajun – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 1 small piece
  • Shrimps – Medium in Size With Tail.

How to make Cajun Shrimp Kebabs

  • Skewers are preferred for these kinds of dishes as shrimps are difficult to hold in hand.
  • So first take at least 4 skews and keep them in cold water for half an hour.
  • Prepare the mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, seasoned Cajun and garlic.
  • Not take out shrimps, place them on a flat or round glassy surface and pour the above mixture over them before hanging them on skews and grilling.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes serve the dish with rice and vegetable.
