Ingredients For Bean Spout Salad

  • Bean Sprouts- 1 ½ cups
  • Sliced Capsicum- ¼ cup
  • Oil- 1 ½ tbsp
  • Clove Garlic- 1
  • Vinegar- 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Sugar- half tbsp
  • Chili Powder- half tbsp
  • Peanuts- 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion - 1
  • Chopped Coriander- 2 tbsp

How to make Bean Spout Salad

  • First you take a non stick pan and heat oil in it and add sauté and garlic for 1 minute.
  • After that you can add garlic, soya sauce, chili powder, vinegar, sugar and peanuts and mix it fine and keep aside.
  • Now you can combine the capsicum and bean sprouts in a bowl and stir it fine.
  • For garnish you can use coriander and spring onions and serve chilled.
