Ingredients For Shrimps Ghashi

  • 2- Cabbage
  • Half cup- Shelled Peas
  • Half cup- Tuvar Dal
  • Half cup- Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp- Tamarind Extract
  • Half cup- Coconut
  • 2 tbsp-Coriander Seeds
  • Half cup- Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp- Urad Dal
  • ½ cup- Fenugreek Seeds
  • 2- Red Chilies

For Seasoning:

  • 2 tbsp- Oil
  • Half tbsp- Mustard Seeds
  • One- Onion
  • 2 - Green Chilies
  • 2- Curry Leaves

How to make Shrimps Ghashi

  • First you should boil dal with turmeric powder.
  • After that you should boil peas and cabbage separately with salt and keep aside.
  • For seasoning you can use mustard seeds in oil.
  • Now you can fry curry leaves, chili and onion until onion become brown in color.
  • After that you can add cooked dal, tamarind extract, water, vegetables, and ground masala and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice.
