Ingredients For Baked Poha

  • Poha- 1 ½ cups
  • Chopped Coriander- 2 tbsp
  • Green Chili- 1
  • Curds- half cup
  • Semolina – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Salt To Taste

For the tempering

  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Asafetida- A Pinch

How to make Baked Poha

  • Firstly clean and drain poha with clean water.
  • After that you can add green chili, semolina, sugar, coriander, yoghurt, lemon juice and salt and mix it.
  • Smear a baking dish and spread mixture.
  • After that heat oil in a pan and add asafetida and mustard seeds and fry it until it become feez.
  • Spray this seeds in poha. Heat it upto 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve with hot.
