Ingredients for Rabri

  • Milk-10 cups
  • Sugar -4 tbsp
  • Cardamom Seeds-4 green
  • Kewra Essence-4 drops
  • A Pinch of Green Cardamom Powder
  • A Pinch of Pistachio Powder


How to make Rabri

  • Take a pan and boil the milk.
  • Add the sugar and cardamom seeds and keep it over a low heat for abot 2-3 hours until the milk get thickened and get reduced to one quarter.
  • After that keep the milk aside and add the kewra essence.
  • Add the cardamom and pistachio powders.
  • ¬†Your serving is ready to be eaten.
