  • Milk-4 cups
  • Sugar -8 tsp.
  • Ground Green Cardamom Seeds -1/2 tsp.
  • Sliced Skinned Pista -1tbsp.
  • Skinned Thinly Sliced Badam -1tbsp.

How to make Kesar Pista Kulfi

  • Boil the milk at high heat and stir constantly.
  • And boil the milk till it gets thickened and reduced to about 13/4th cups.
  • Now add the sugar, nuts and cardamom seeds, stir well, allow to cool.
  • Pour the mixture into molds. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for about 6 hours.
  • After 6hrs, remove the Kulfi from the molds and serve them in plates.
