Ingredients for Kesar Burfi
- Kaju-500 gms
- Sugar-300 gms
- Kesar-1/2 tsp
- Orange Color-1/4 tsp
- Silver Warak-2
How to make Kesar Burfi
- Ground the cashewnut by first soaking it into water for about half an hour.
- Now roast the mixture of cashwenut and sugar at low heat and stir constantly.
- Also add orange color and saffron in it.
- Take a flat surface and put the butter paper on it.
- Now add the mixture over it and then add another butter paper.
- Roll it while placing the rolling pin in between them.
- Now remove the top placed paper and add silver warak and cut the kesar burfi pieces.
