  • Sliced Bananas -2
  • Oranges - 2
  • Saffron Strands-1/2 tsp
  • Sugar-2 tsp
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-1 tsp
  • Curd - 140 ml

How to make   Fruit Kheer

  • Take all the ingredients except bananas and oranges and mix them all together.
  • Now add the bananas and oranges and mix together for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Now for decoration, dissolve the saffron in some water and sprinkle it over the dish before serving.
  • Fruit Kheer is ready to eaten.
