  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese- 1 cup
  • Bread Crumbs- 1/3 cup
  • Vegetable Broth- 1 cup
  • Penne Pasta- 8 oz
  • Chopped Onion- 1
  • Olive Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Celery - 2 stalks
  • Chopped Red Pepper- 1
  • Tuna, Drained- 1 can
  • Crushed garlic cloves- 2
  • Potato Leek Soup -1 can
  • Ground Black Pepper- ½ tbsp
  • Sherry- ¼ cup
  • Chopped Kale Leaves -½ Pound
  • Salt to taste

How To Make Tuna Garden Casserole

  • Boil water, add salt and cook penne pasta in it.
  • Heat oil in a large wok and fry the onions for 5 minutes. Add in garlic, red pepper, pepper and salt and keep frying for another 3 min.
  • Put in kale leaves and drizzle the sherry all over. Cook for 2 more minutes and transfer to a baking dish.
  • Add cooked pasta to the baking dish, soup and tuna fish. Once all the layers are done top it with shredded cheese.
  • Put the dish in microwave for 25 minutes.
  • Serve it hot straight from the microwave..
