Ingredients For Tandoori Pomfret

  • 1 kg Pomfret fish
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp roasted Cumin seed
  • 1 tsp roasted Dill seed 
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt/Curd
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt as needed
  • ½ cup Oil

How To Make Tandoori Pomfret

  • Wash and clean the fish.
  • Take all the ingredient mentioned above in a bowl and mix them. Drop the fish pieces inside the bowl and make sure that all the pieces are nicely coated.
  • Set aside the marinated fish for 1-2 hours.
  • Use and oven at 160° C for baking the fish for 30 minutes.
  • Serve fresh salad along with it.
