Ingredients For Squids Sukka

  • ½ kg cleaned and cut squids.
  • ½ Grated coconut
  • 10 red chilies
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 sprig of curry leaves
  • 6 Crushed garlic flakes
  • ¼ tsp jeera powder
  • 2 Chopped onion

How To Make Squids Sukka

  • Roast the coriander seeds, turmeric, red chilies and onions till onions are golden brown and grind them all to a smooth paste.
  • Take a wok and heat 1 tbsp of oil. Sauté crushed garlic for a minute in it.
  • Put in jeera powder, ground paste, squid, curry leaves and two cups of water. Bring it all to a boil and then lower the heat to let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once the squid is done add the grated coconut, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, serve hot.
