Ingredients For Lady Fish In Tomato Pulpi
- lady fishes-eight to ten
- grinded fresh coconut-1 1/2 tablespoon
- Dry red chillies-3
- green chillies-two
- flakes of garlic-15
- small onions-three
- cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
- poppy seeds-1/2 teaspoon
- mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
- curry leaves-five
- chopped coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon
- tomato pulp-1 cup
- oil-half cup
- Add salt according to taste
How To Make Lady Fish In Tomato Pulpi
- Grate one small onion, coconut, chillies, and half fresh coriander, garlic and cumin seeds to form a fine thick paste type mixture and properly chop the remaining 2 onions.
- Now take a wide pan and heat some oil in it and marinate it with curry leaved and mustard seeds.
- Now add the finely chopped onions to pan and fry it till it becomes golden.
- Place ground part in it and fry it till oil starts appearing.
- Now add salt and tomato pulp to the mixture and put ¼th cup of water in it.
- Start boiling it on a low flame and then put fish pieces in it and boil it till fish becomes soft.
- Spread coriander on it and the recipe prepared can be served hot.
