- Six small Fish or twelve small fish steaks
- Soy Sauce- 3 tablespoon
- Sugar-2 teaspoon
- Crushed and roasted Sesame Seeds- 3 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil- 1 tablespoon
- Crushed medium clove Garlic-1
- Properly grind Fresh Ginger-1 teaspoon
- Chili Sauce –half teaspoon
How To Make Korean Grilled Fish
- Start the process by washing and cleaning the fish properly and then clean its nails and fins.
- Now mix rest of the ingredients for preparation of sauce.
- Place oiled roasted tray on for roasting the fish.
- Now soak fish pieces in prepared sauce mixture.
- Roast it on a medium flame till the time fish gets properly cooked.
- While the cooking process is going on rub the recipe with sauce.
