Ingredients For Herb Crusted Salmon

  • Crushed multigrain bread-2 slices
  • Properly chopped fresh parsley-one fourth cup
  • Properly chopped chives-1/4 cup
  • Salmon steaks with skin-4 x 200g  
  • Spray of olive oil
  • low-fat mayonnaise-2 tbsp
  • lemon wedges  
  • Use mixed salad leaves for serving

How To Make Herb Crusted Salmon

  • Firstly the oven should be preheated at about 200°C and place a baking tray with baking paper in it.
  • Now mix chives, parsley and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Marinate both the sides of Salmon steaks.
  • Now place breadcrumb mixture on the flash portion of salmon.
  • Finally put the skin portion of salmon to down side in baking tray.
  • Pour some oil over it and heat it for about 10 to 15mins till it becomes golden in color and till the time it gets completely cooked.
  • Dish is prepared and can be served hot with salad, mayonnaise and lemon wedges.
