Ingredients For Urad Dal Chutney
- ½ cup Urad dal
- 3 Coconut
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- 3 Red Chillies
- few Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
- salt as needed
How To Make Urad Dal Chutney
- Heat a spoon of oil in a pan and roast all the above mentioned ingredients in it.
- When done, grind them into a paste with little salt and water.
- Make tadka with oil, urad dal and red chilies. Pour it all over the chutney
