Radishes are great source of calcium, iron and vitamins A,B and C. But not many people like to eat it as it is, so we bring to you radish chutney which is spicy and tangy to taste.

Ingredients For Radish Chutney

  • Radish- 1
  • Onion- 1
  • Turmeric- ½ tbsp
  • Green Chillies- 3 to 4
  • Salt as needed
  • Mustard Seeds- 1 Tbsp
  • Jeera- 1 tbsp
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind- 1 small piece
  • Asafetida- 1 pinch

How To MakeRadish Chutney

  • Keep tamarind in water and set it aside.
  • Now take radish, salt, green chilies and soaked tamarind and grind them all together.
  • Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, turmeric, asafetida and jeera.
  • Let them splutter and put in the onions.
  • Once the onions are done add in the grounded paste from earlier.
  • Let it all cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
  • Radish chutney is ready to be served. Serve it with rice and paranthas.
