  • chicken thighs or breasts-3/4 lb
  • sake -2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce-4 Tbsp
  • miring -4 Tbsp
  • sugar-2 Tbsp
  • grated ginger-1

How to make Teriyaki Chicken Roll

  • Jab the chicken with a fork and combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  • Season the chicken in mixture for about 15mins in fridge.
  • Take a frying pan and heat vegetable oil in it and then fry the skin part of chicken on medium flame till skin becomes brown in color.
  • Change the side of chicken and fry it on low flame.
  • Now put seasoning sauce in the pan to season chicken and cover it properly and cook the chicken using steam on low flame and do this till it’s completed.
  • Now take off the lid and cook it till the sauce gets thick.
  • Now stop the flame and cut down the chicken and serve on platter.
  • Put some thick sauce on top of the chicken.
  • If desired garnish it with grated ginger.
