Ingredients for Spring Onion Chicken

  • Oil for frying-1 tbsp
  • Chicken breast divided into strips-400g
  • Spring onions (trimmed)-1 bunch and divided into 2.5cm lengths
  • Green pepper (sliced and de-seeded)-1
  • Spring onion stir fry sauce and oyster- 2 sachets

How to make Spring Onion Chicken

  • Firstly heat some oil in a frying pan till it becomes hot.
  • Now add chicken in the oil and start cooking it till it gets tendered.
  • Now add vegetables in the recipe and stir fry it for about 2 to 3mins till it starts getting color.
  • Finally add oyster and spring onion in the pan and stir-fry the sauce in it and cook it for about 30secs and toss it in between cooking to form a coat.
It can be served well over rice or egg noodles.

Incase if you don’t want to put cold sauce over hot food then warm the spring onion sauce slightly in the microwave in advance.
