Ingredients for Honey Roast Chicken Steaks

  • Chicken thighs- 3
  • Light soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil- 1 tbsp
  • Cooking wine- 1 tbsp
  • Pepper – 1 pinch
  • Clear honey- 1 tsp

How to make Honey Roast Chicken Steaks

  • Debone the chicken and also remove any skin or visible fat.
  • Marinate it with season ingredients and leave for 40-60 minutes.
  • Heat up the oven or grill at 180° C.
  • Take the chicken pieces and cook for 20 minutes while turning in between to cook from both the sides.
  • Once done pour over the honey on the chicken pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.

    To make sure your homemade chili, garlic and ginger paste stays fresh for long add a tbsp of hot vegetable/ sunflower/ canola oil into it and mix well. Keep them in refrigerator and use when necessary.
