Ingredients for Chicken Tangri Kebab

  • Chicken - 2 large pieces of leg
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon - 1 tablespoon
  • Powder of garam Masala -  1 teaspoon
  • Powder of red chili - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt acc to taste
  • Garlic-ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Few drops of orange color. It should be edible.

How to make Chicken Tangri Kebab

  • Properly clean and wash the pieces of chicken.
  • In a bowl mix all the given ingredients except salt.
  • Marinate the pieces of chicken with this mixture and keep aside for about an hour.
  • Now add the salt to it.
  • Cook the chicken pieces on the grill and cook until the chicken becomes tender and color changes to golden brown.
  • Sprinkle some droplets of lemon juice over it and chat Masala.
  • Serve it with the wedges of onions.

Some Useful Tips

  • In a locking pouch mix all the ingredients well. Put chicken into it. Shake well to marinate the pieces of chicken.
  • For cooking marinated pieces of chicken, just lift up the pieces and put it on the preheated grill. Do not rub or rinse it with absorbent paper before cooking.
