  • Grated calabash- 2 cups
  • Milk- 1l
  • Khoya- 1 cup
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder- 1 tbsp
  • Green color- ΒΌ tsp

How To Make Lauki Burfi

  • Take a pan and boil milk in it.
  • Now add the grated calabash (lauki) in milk.
  • When milk starts to condense add sugar, khoya and green color.
  • Once the mixture starts leaving the side of the pan transfer it to a greased aluminum tray.
  • Sprinkle cardamom and let it set before cutting into pieces.
  • Lauki Burfi is ready to be served.
