  • Cashew Nuts- 2 cups
  • Powdered Sugar- 1 cup
  • Ghee- 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Eatable silver foil

How To Make Kaju Ki Barfi

  • Soak the cashews in water for at least two hours before hand.
  • Take out the cashews and blend them into a fine smooth paste using as little water as possible.
  • Prepare sugar syrup.
  • Add ghee and cardamom powder and keep stirring continuously to stop lumps from forming. Add in the cashew paste.
  • Remove it from heat once it has thickened somewhat. Roll out in a shallow plate and cut into diamond shape.
