Ingredients for Jaljeera

  • Roasted and ground Dry Cumin Seeds- 2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves Paste- 2 tbsp
  • Cilantro Leaves Paste- 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Mango Powder- 1 tbsp
  • Black Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
  • Sugar- just a Pinch
  • Cold Water- 5 cups
  • Mint Leaves- 8 to 10


How to Make Jaljeera

  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except water nicely.
  • Add the cold water and try to ensure that mixture dissolves in water as much as possible.
  • Serve chilled in glasses with mint leaves for garnishing.
